Absolutely disgusting with this place. My father that had passed away years ago and always took care of him... had always taken care of him now that I took over the place they shut my automatic off because I owe 300 and I paid itearly that morning that night I ran out of propnae.. needles to say I have owed more then that and they never stopped or shut my sensor off with no notice. And now it's my fault I have to pay the emergency bill. And more expensive because I let it go that low. My father never had issues always took care of him and now I get treated like trash

My son was a Hvac tech for Df Richard and was killed recently in a motorcycle accident. This company has started a scholarship in my sons name (Joe Ford) . This company has gone above and beyond and have been here for my family. This company is like family to it's customers and employees. They have a amazing group of people working there!!! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and timely delivery. I use auto delivery and have never needed to worry. Customer service reps and managers are attentive to customer needs and very helpful. Been a customer for over a year now and was treated very well as a new customer trying to find a provider. Highly recommended
