My husband and I bought our wood stove 4 years ago from this stove shop, recently we noticed our stove needed some minor maintenance. This being our first wood stove, I stopped in with pictures on my phone unsure of what to expect. In an instant he pulled up our file and answered all questions we had in a matter of minutes, which were all normal wear and nothing alarming. I’m so happy we had to foresight to buy from here, with the experience and customer service, you can’t ask for more. We purchased a great stove from a great shop.

So far I've been extremely pleased... I've replaced an auger motor and a convection blower which they had both in stock... plus they will bench test the part for you to make sure that it's a non working part...
No wasted $$$$ I also placed myself on their spring clean out of my stove for very reasonable price... I'd recommend Somersworth Stove for anyone needing parts or service...
