Ductless systems are generally comprised of an outdoor portion (condenser) and indoor portion (air handler). These two components are connected by wiring and refrigerant lines to make the system function. For each indoor air handler, there needs to be a relatively small (2.5) wall penetration where the aforementioned refrigerant lines and wiring route from the exterior to the interior of the home.
Since 1986, East Coast HVAC has been the Seacoast's full-service leader in residential HVAC solutions. We install, repair, replace, and maintain all walks of conventional and VRF heating and cooling systems. This includes all types of heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters, and air conditioners.
Studies have shown that indoor air can be up to 5 times MORE polluted than outdoor air. Most disposable filters remove about 10% of these pollutants allowing 90% to enter the air system. The pollutants contain dust, pollen, mold spores, animal dander and much more. These materials collect in the furnace, air conditioner and duct surfaces, just as they do on the furniture and floor surfaces.

Josh arrived to clean three ductless wall units in my house. This was the first cleaning since the units were installed 1.5 years ago. Use system mostly for air conditioning but do use it for minimal heat at the beginning and end of the normal heating season. Josh did a thorough cleaning of each unit and cheerfully answered my questions about things I could also do to help keep my systems running at peak performance. Would have him come back and do it again when needed.

I can't speak highly enough about East Coast Heating & Air Conditioning! We've been working with them for years, mainly for yearly maintenance of our heating system. They always do such great work, they're personable, professional, knowledgeable and this year our tech (Ashton?) even called to let us know he was on the way.....who does that? Ashton… had a great friendly attitude also. I was working with a different hvac company initially because they installed our mini-splits. But I found them to be rather rude, never on time, and uncommunicative. Plus, they replaced a part and said it probably wasn’t going to work. WTH!?

We had Corey for out tech. He was personable, professional, and punctual. He came to inspect a heating/air unit for us, and was prepared as he had the correct size filter which needed replacing. Saved us a trip to HD!! He spent the time to give us good tips and information about the unit.

East Coast Heating & AC installed a replacement AC system at our house last year and they did a wonderful job. They just came out for the annual service a few months ago and that went fine as well. I researched and got multiple estimates for the new AC system and ECH&P was the most comprehensive and competitive so that's what we went with and are very happy we did. Since then we have referred them to friends and family and everyone who has had them do work has been completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and will call on them again for any future Heating/AC needs!

The installation went very well. The personnel doing the installation were on-time, polite, professional and knew what they were doing. The units are quiet and they heat and cool as promised. We were told we would qualify for $1750 in rebates. In actuality we qualify for $750 in rebates. This cost us $1000 more than we anticipated. The company did not return my call when I left a message requesting assistance in this matter.

We had one of the East Coast HVAC teams install a PurePro Advantage natural gas-fired cast iron conventional boiler in April after talking with several companies. We’d considered one of the new high efficiency 95%AFUE wall hung combo units but decided against because of the problems we’ve read about on the web. Probably could have put one in with the East Coast team of Walter House and Ryan without a hitch because their installation of our new conventional boiler seems a precision job, and we’ve learned through friends
