The Chimney Safety Institute of America is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors dedicated to the education, training, and certification of chimney and industry related professionals. Miller's Chimney employs CSIA-certified chimney sweeps. This certification is earned by demonstrating an extensive working knowledge of chimney sweeping practices.

Miller’s Chimney installed a wood stove with a Class A chimney in our house that was not up to code and structurally unsound. They ultimately fixed the problems, but it took over two weeks, multiple phone calls, and several emails before I could get the office to take my concerns seriously. We chose Miller's Chimney because they have been in business for over 30 years and we believed that we were hiring a safe and reliable company. I worry about other customers that did not do their own research on code requirements and may have received unsafe installations.

We had 2 techs come out in August 2021 for a $275 inspection and cleaning. While the techs were professional and fixed a pipe leak, the service was not thorough as they did not fully turn on the fireplace. They said we needed a new receiver and would have us a quote the next. Several days passed so we called and Angel said they would get it to us the next day. Weeks passed so we ordered our own and upon installation realized the fireplace would not even light. I called and left a voicemail on 10/16/21 a week passed and we heard nothing. I emailed them on 10/27/21and still nothing. The service was

We bought a house built in 1908 and one of the selling features was the “as is” chimney and fireplace. First, Millers came out to inspect and clean, and educate us, about our situation. Then we hired them to rebuild the interior chimney and close off our non-working side in the dining room. I cannot believe the work they did! The cleanliness and speed were incredible. The employees did well with our dogs, too. We love our new fireplace. Thank you!!!!

Worked with Angel and Jesse to get gas fireplace repaired. Jesse showed up on time. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Repaired my fireplace in an hour. We had a new chimney liner installed, the chimney repointed (in the spots where it was needed), and a new crown done. we were really happy with the work done and the price we paid. but, the best part were the people we dealt with. from the guys that did the work to the people in the office that handled all my questions -- just an incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful group all around.

Miller's Chimney was recommended to us by a long time customer. I'm so glad they were. When called they set up the appointment to come out, showed up on time and masked up the whole time. Chris was not pushy or salesy at all.

Don't waste your money having them "inspect" your chimney! I'm a realtor and they just inspected my sellers home that had a new liner installed in 2015 by a different licensed chimney company. They sent 2 young guys (who appeared to be no older than 20 yrs old) to do the "inspection" who recommended $7,500 + worth of repairs including a new liner even though the house had one rated to last several decades! In my opinion they are just trying to scare buyers into thinking the chimney is in bad shape so this company can make some money. They even went as far as to

Chris and Jimmy came out within hours of when we called them when our wood stove stopped working (and we had no other source of heat.) They were extremely kind, personable, and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and cleaned properly. The office staff when scheduling were extremely accommodating and kind as well. Highly recommend.

One of the worst retail contractors I have ever experienced. Avoid these ripoff artists at all costs. Made my appointment 8 days out. Explained that I wanted a tech to bring 8" black single wall black stove pipe to connect our VC Encore in our new home. Andrew the sales person who answered the phone said that would be no problem. On the day of the appointment I had to call to confirm there was an afternoon window. The afternoon went by. At 5:30, we finally received a call from Angela saying the tech was still an hour 15 minutes away. I resceduled for the next morning. Tech was great! Very

I've been searching for someone to do minor brickwork on my hearth. I called these guys after reading several good reviews. I spoke with Angel, who I give a star for her friendly and bubbly personality. She said that perhaps if I emailed photos over, they could give an estimate without having to come out to my house. I did just that after we hung up (15 December 2016) and included pictures of the area along with a measuring tape near it to show dimensions. She explained that I should hear back within the day.

These guys have been fantastic. They fully installed a new Pacific Energy wood stove and new chimney. They also took away my old stove. AND they helped me move a refrigerator with their equipment with no hesitation. When I thought I had a problem months later, they came to my house almost immediately. Great work from Mike and team at Millers Chimney. From my first call in to Angel who was pleasant as can be she scheduled me in right away for an estimate. The guys came out the next day and they provided the best price with the best parts and service of the other bids I received. I intentionally waited a couple weeks and so far so great! I would highly recommend these guys!
