Top Tier Plumbing is definitely a 5 star company. It's not often these days that you feel totally comfortable with a company doing great work and not taking advantage on pricing. Jim and his helper were excellent. They were prompt, professional, did excellent work and took time to answer our questions.

Big shoutout to Jim from Top Tier Plumbers! We were in need of someone to replace our original cast tub with a new tub and tub surround. We also needed someone to replace the old cast water pipes throughout our basement. Top Tier Plumbers was recommended to me by a friend so we had Jim come over to quote the job. We did get another quote to compare and his was not only much less but we were very comfortable with his knowledge and ideas of what he would do. He also allowed us to do some of the prep work ahead of time to save some money. We were extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate

We needed an overhead sewer motor and connection worked on in our home. We called late afternoon on Tuesday. They arrived Wednesday morning and the job was done before 11 AM. Terrific! They show up as promised, do the job and give a very reasonable bill. Highly recommended.

We've lived in the area almost a year and have used a few different plumbers. None of them have been bad, but Jim at Top Tier Plumbers is a cut above the rest. He's fixed a leaking toilet and replaced a shut-off valve for us in the last couple months. Both times, he's been responsive, fast, professional, and honest about what needed to be done. Fair pricing, good service, and an all around nice guy. Every homeowner knows the value of having a plumber you can trust. For us, Jim's quickly become that plumber.
