We would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as Caldwell Plumbing Co., Inc. We at Caldwell, feel that with over 40 years of experience, we can handle any size job in a professional manner, on a timely basis, and within budget. On average we employ 50 men, 40 assigned to the field, the rest in our office performing various duties to help assist our field personnel.
The past 10 years has found us caught up in the "Condo Madness" in downtown Chicago and in that time we've experienced everything from rehabbing existing timbered-framed buildings to cast in place concrete structure with post tension cables. We have worked with some of the most aggressive general contractors in the Chicago Area and have had no problem keeping up with their schedule.
