David arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to diagnose and explain what the issue was. He was able to make the repairs and the cost was reasonable and as expected (no surprises). We had a gas leak smell. Nicor gas identified 3 leaks and 2 of which were
related to water heater. Through Nicor home solutions they sent a
plumber through Aquaflow Plumbing and their plumber claimed there were code violations and water heater needed to be replaced with a total cost to me of $2800/-. I requested a different vendor through Nicor home solutionsand the new plumber from Centerguard plumbing fixed the problem in 10-15 minutes.He found no code violations.

Late on a Saturday night, water and sewage backed up in the Basement. Aqua Flow dispatched Tony to come out. He arrived early Sunday morning and took care of the business.
