Gary came at the scheduled time and gave me 3 options with prices to repair the laundry water shutoff valves. He took his time to be careful in removing the old valves. The new valves work great with no more leaks.

A few weeks ago we replaced our main sanitary sewer to the city. InSink offered the most competitive bid out of all the companies we received quotes from. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to take on this big project. They were prompt, communication was fantastic and they were all very hardworking. They went above and beyond to protect our patio and driveway and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Highly recommended!

We recently had a huge sewer line backup that left us frantically trying to get quotes from various plumbers so we could use our toilet again! Andy at In Sink was the first to come out and assess the situation. He carefully reviewed everything and even inspected the man hole at the street which no other plumber did. We receive a fair quote right away and after contacting other plumbers for quotes with little to no response, we quickly hired In Sink. They installed a exterior sewer cleanout which required a permit. They took the situation in their own hands and contacted the village for us to discuss

Junior was very thorough and professional. Walked me through each step of the process and was up front and transparent with cost. A fair rate for the job being done which was fixing the tank on my toilet, the piping underneath my sink and using a snake cam to check the condition of my underground sewage pipes. Knowledgeable, thorough and great customer service.
