This man decided to cut me off without right of way. Then, as the ol' man went for his exit he followed another pickup in tow at over 70mph one line from the man's bumper

He also had a gradeall on his oversized load while creating havoc. CDC should be in question for your driver.He also acted as if he were a child. Not the operatir of an oversized loaf.
