We provide general contracting and construction management services to Reylenn Properties and to third party developers on a selective basis.

("RCC"), an affiliate of Reylenn Properties, LLC, provides a highly skilled and efficient team (including a LEED Accredited Professional) with extensive expertise in all aspects of the construction process, including conceptual design, pre-development, preconstruction estimating and construction operations.

The Reylenn team provides full development services from project conception through delivery to the market. A recently completed project performed by the Reylenn team was the Avino development located in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. The site is a core property in the Pacific Highlands Ranch master-planned community and was slated for 473 multi-family residences with a 50% inclusionary affordable component.
