Smith Brothers specializes in luxury residential architecture, design and construction. Through our design partners we provide comprehensive architectural support including feasibility designs, conceptual designs, 3D drawings, permit drawings and working drawings to include fully detailed plans. This includes architectural-design for new construction, restoration and renovation projects across California and Hawaii.
Our primary goal is to provide clients with beautiful, top-quality work that meets their families' needs, budget, and desires. Design/Build allows us to pursue standards of excellence that are difficult to realize in a typical architect-designer-builder relationship. While we also often work with outside architects and designers, it is usually under this same Design/Build concept.
