I hired Maid Clan to do a "move in/move out" clean for a 3,300 sq ft home I just purchased. In the request that I originally submitted, I specified that I was looking for them to do floors, baseboards, switches, fixtures, appliances, shelves and drawers, and window treatments. I expected to move into a home that felt basically brand new, as far as cleanliness goes... instead, I received a solid surface clean, but only hit some of the points in my request and did a subpar job (or completely skipped) other points. Place was a filthy mess and we needed a move-out clean. The office contact was great about arranging a team, securing my date/time, and contacting me w/reminders via email & text. Price was fair and I appreciated the flat rate. The team showed up on time, were incredibly polite and did an amazing job. My walk through with apartment manager was so impressed she not only asked for their contact info to refer other tenants moving out, but also for herself to have her own apartment cleaned! Highly, highly recommend.

I am a landlord of multiple properties. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are incredibly unprofessional. Canceled service last minute after multiple emails with conflicting information on pricing, and scope of service with attempts to deceitfully up sell. They are extremely rude, and unprofessional. Also don't have anyone staffing a customer service line to speak with an actual human. I would never recommend using or supporting this service.

My CC company said that when i fliled the dispute MAIDCLAN themselves said they reimbursement me(because they never showed to clean and then charged me 2x back to back) and so my bank closed the case. Well they never did reimburse me, but instead lied, again, and my bank caught them and wrote me that they actually don't see anything credited.
Again. If you are not one of the paid sponsors shes hired for a comment, or a best friend DO NOT TRUST THEM!! And if you do, id advise you to check your bank accounts periodically.

We just had a phenomenal first-time deep clean with Maid Clan. They cleaned so thoroughly that I feel like we have a new house. We have a large home and the price was steeper than we usually do, but it was 100% worth it. During the cleaning they made sure that they were doing exactly what we had requested, and if it wasn't good enough they would do more. But it was all beyond good enough!

I've never purchased a house before, so I don't know how far out in advance one books a Move-Out/Move-In cleaning. I did a search for housekeeping and MaidClan seemed to have high praises so I gave them a shot since they had an online estimate and booking form. I was able to schedule a move-in cleaning that week.

We used Maid Clan for the first time this week and are impressed! As it was our first cleaning we had some questions ahead of time and the responses were timely and thorough. When I called the office someone answered right away and was super friendly and helpful (a lost art these days, it seems).

Maid Clan has been a tremendous help! I work 60 hours a week and my wife does the same. Our pets work 60 hours a week destroying and dirtying our home while we're out.
I got a lot of quotes, and Maid Clan was by far the most responsive and helpful out of any other service. Tracey is the best! I have been with them for a few months now and cleaning day is now my favorite day of the month! The Maid Clan team all handled themselves so well, each one showing such a wide range of knowledge in what they do. We sold our house and scheduled a move out cleaning with another company and they were a no show. We were furious as the other owners were supposed to take possession of the house the following day.
