We follow more than the 4 steps recommended by the Carpet and Rug Institute for a real, not a teaser, cleaning. We thoroughly inspect the carpet to identify the type of fabric, pre-existing conditions, and spots; then, we vacuum with a professional HEPA double sealed filter vacuum. Our commercial vacuum extracts deep soil, dust mites, and other allergens from fabrics, and traps them into the filters and a sealed tunnel.
