Have desperately tried to setupcleanings for months. Every single instance has ended with a rescheduled cleaning or just a cancelled one or a no show. When a maid does arrive it’s very hit or miss, and sometimes I haven’t even gotten my place vacuumed or dusted, extremely inconsistent
Add onto this that I have to badger Kayla repeatedly for weeks on end to even get an appointment, makes it extremely inconvenient. I have to beg to please get an appointment after 3-5 tests in a row before I get a reply, and then inevitably wait until the service is cancelled or rescheduled day of

Not only the cleaning and communication through the whole process was great, but I had an issue with my backup linen/towels and they were very helpful and provided immediate solutions and support.
