They Came and cleaned my basement carpet which was a hangout for my son and all his friends. The carpet was really dirty and they cleaned it and deodorized it and it looks amazing and smells amazing. I highly recommend them and I will no longer be calling Stanley steima.

We had Heavens Best Carpet & Upholstery come and clean our 9x12 rug. We did informed them that the carpet smells. We cleaned it ourselves the week before but couldn’t get the smell out. I was told that the solvent they used would take care of it. It has been a little over 2 weeks and the smell is still there along with the smell of the solvent they used. The gentlemen , there were 3, were all very nice, but I’m just disappointed on the job they did. I ended up paying for my carpet to smell worse.

Would highly recommend!!! We moved into an apartment that had a super dirty and smelly carpet. We tried cleaning it ourselves with a steam cleaner, but 2 days later it still smelled again. I never thought the carpet would ever get clean. But Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned the carpet and it looks AMAZING and smells sooo clean. They were super super nice and friendly and professional.
