I recently had Great Neck Maids come clean the house and had the best experience with them! They kept me posted regarding the arrival time and the whole team showed up with professional tools and big smiles on their faces. They are extremely efficient and thorough. They managed to clean every corner of the house within a short period of time. The house was dusty before they got here and was literally shiny by the time they left. I'm really glad I called them and will strongly recommend them to anyone!

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. They found the dust I couldn't. They went to the corners I dared not explore. They took the time I was too lazy to dedicate. And they did it all with a smile!
Thorough work. Exceptional job. Friendly, and efficient. If this was the 50s I'd say Great Neck Maids were "groovy." If it were the 60s I'd say they were "far out." If it were the 80s I'd say they were "totally radical," and if it were the 90s I'd embarrassingly say they were the "bomb diggity."
But it's none of those

I had a horrible experience with this company. Sure they were friendly and all but the actual work they did was the worst I've ever had. There were 5-6 girls who came to clean a relatively moderate size home. You would think they would be fast right? Noooo..they all sat upstairs for 3 hours before coming down to clean. I went to check upstairs, it was absolutely horrible cleaning. The shower door in the master bathroom wasn't even cleaned!!!!
