We hired Craig Stout to clean and restore the Saltillo tile on our front porch and back patio. He assured us several times that it would be beautiful and it would look great when he was finished. He power washed our tile doing terrible damage to it and then proceeded to seal over the top of the damage. We were left with an array of splotchy, damaged and discolored tiles. It looks horrible! The front sidewalk will have to be replaced. I will post pictures above. We called and texted many times before finally getting a response but he offered no solutions. Now he doesn't respond at all. We paid him

Craig Stout, owner of CMS Grout, Tile and Carpet Cleaning Services applied a paver sealer to our driveway, over a previously failed sealer done by another company. He assured us the pavers would look alot better. Upon leaving the job, he said he would come out and burnish them to remove a cloudy look. We have called him 5 times and sent numerous emails to him abut fixing this situation. He never returns the calls or e-mails. If you are looking for a shyster (professionally unscrupulous), Craig is your guy!

I hired Craig Stout to Strip and re-seal my Saltillo tile. He stripped the tile and did not let it dry before you apply the sealer. My patio now has white flaking spots all over where the sealeris coming off. I have tried to contact Mr. Stout by text and email and phone calls. He has not responded. I send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, they contacted him and he did not respond to them either. I wouldn’t hire this guy.

Have spent the last year fight this company. Did such a bad job on my tile and would not fix. Filed a small claim against Mr. Stout and have just been awarded my initial fee plus court costs. This company is shysty and thought it would be ok to do me wrong and then tried to avoid service. Do not do business with this company!

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture
