Our 2 service people, Brian and Courtney were courteous, timely and did a good job. They worked hard to get the overspray from the recent exterior painting off our windows and doors. They cleaned our screens and tracks, as well. A bit more costly than others

Chris and team did a wonderful job on our townhouse windows. It was a tough job too- three stories and has to use a scary tall ladder. The windows and screens look great!!

They were super polite, and meticulous. Response time was awesome and they came out next day to do the work.

The only thing worse than a flake is a liar. No where in your cancellation e-mail did you write that you had a family emergency. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, of course I would have been 100% okay with a cancellation due to a family emergency. For all I know, personal reasons could have meant that you had too many beers Friday night and did not want to be in Paradise Valley at 6am on Saturday morning. In your email, you wrote:

Our windows hadn't been done in over a year so we called Streak Patrol to set up an appointment. Christian came out and gave a comprehensive estimate and set the cleaning appointment for us. Courtney arrived on time for the appointment and did a marvelous job cleaning our dirty windows. The sun screens look amazing after they were cleaned. The tracks in our windows were swept clean as well. We will definitely use Streak Patrol again - we just wont wait so long for our next cleaning!
