Jesse did an INCREDIBLE job on our windows!!!
Our windows are from the 1950s and Jesse somehow made them look brand new. He was kind, professional, and a wonderful communicator.

In a business where time kills deals, Uptown Window Cleaning deserves an A+. From the minute we texted him for a quote to him coming by to our property and giving us a quote took about 2 hours. Jesse, was friendly, courteous and by the time he left , we knew we wanted him to clean our windows and booked an appointment right there and then.
On the day of service even in the unbelievable and sweltering 115 degree Phoenix sun, he texted before, showed up on time and within an hour to hour and a half, we had spotless windows that my wife and I both positively commented on.

We met Jesse for the first time today. He showed up on time, assessed our house, provided a written estimate, which I approved, and he got to work immediately. You don't usually think about how dirty your windows get, until you get them cleaned once. Then you realize you need to do it way more often! Uptown gets them so clean and sparkling. Jesse did an amazing job. He was very prompt, both when he came to provide a quote as well as when he came to clean. It took longer than what was originally anticipated but Jesse did not rush. He made sure that each and every window and glass door was squeeky clean. Amazing job! I would highly recommend him. Hard working people like him are not easy to come by.

I called Jesse with Uptown on a Wednesday afternoon and explained to him that I had 2 houses that I needed to have the windows cleaned by Friday for a HGTV filming that was happening on Saturday morning. One of the houses was a complete construction remodel and one was being lived in.
Needless to say, the remodeled house windows had dust, fingerprints, stickers and paint overspray so the job necessitated a lot of work and a professional.
He gave me a general quote on over the phone and kindly rearranged his schedule, promising me that he would arrive with his employee between 7 and 8 am

We utilized Uptown Window Cleaning for our coffee shop and they did a phenomenal job. The chore that I hate to do the most! But it makes the biggest difference!!!!! Was beyond happy I finally had them cleaned professionally. Jesse did a terrific job, inside and out. Very detailed - more than I expected ..... 5 stars all the way. Fast, friendly and reliable. I will be using Uptown Windows again.
