This morning I purchased a Groupon for this service. fter 8 hours, the owner got back to me via text saying that it would be until after the first of the year to get to me. No mention of this on the Groupon. No phone call or personal care...,Thank God that Groupon made it right for me. Be very careful with this sloppy and inefficient customer service by the cleaning company. Obviously will never use them at all, ever!

After researching several professional window cleaning services, some with extremely high prices, I contacted CCC at the recommendation of my housekeeping service. I was able to effortlessly receive an estimate and schedule the service. On the day of the service the crew called to ask if they would come earlier than promised which was nice. They quickly went to work cleaning interior and exterior as well as removing and treating my solar screens. The windows are, well, crystal clear and sparkle! The screens look new after the conditioner was applied. All this for a very, very reasonable

When we moved into our house the windows had not been cleaned in literally years on top of several severe dust storms, so they were the worst. The CCC crew were there as scheduled and stayed till every spec of dust was gone from windows, screens and sills, inside and out. So clean they continue to appear invisible. Their rates are very competitive but I would not bother looking elsewhere now since we've been spoiled by the CCC difference.

The owner was very friendly scheduling a time to come estimate the costs for cleaning my windows. I had hard water spots and he said they could get them out no problem. Told me he would be back the following Wednesday to do the job. On Tuesday, he called me apologizing that his guy never showed up and that someone was on their way. The guy came, was rather nice but explained that he was at home sick and thought he had the day off so he took Benadryl that morning. I recently moved and needed windows cleaned (inside and out) for the house in somewhat short order. C3 responded quickly and professionally. They even came out on a Saturday. I am not sure about pricing, but to me they seemed reasonable and the pricing was consistent with or better than other quotes I received. My neighbors complimented the windows after they were finished with words like "sparkling." All in all. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend C3 Window Cleaning.

Service was beyond measure, I'm pleased with the detailed work done. Screens on the first and second floors and I asked for mirror doors and french doors in the house be cleaned. Very reasonable and on time.
One thing stood out, that many service people seem to miss, that's picking up after and leaving nothing behind. Attention to detail on the outside windows and replacement of screens, to the inside window cills, everything was spotless. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this business. Iain and his employee showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to clean every window in my home. They also took off and cleaned all the screens and window ledges. This is the cleanest I have ever seen my windows. It makes such a difference. They were meticulous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The price was extremely fair as well for the amount of work that they did.

I have floor to ceiling windows in a modernist home. Some windows are next to the pool and have chemical spray and afternoon sun, tough to clean. CCC is my fifth try for window cleaners, the only one of the five that leave my windows sparkling! I am happy and thankful that I have found Ian. I am referring them to my daughter's house to do her windows next week.
