We strongly recommend selecting the Deep Cleaning package for your initial cleaning and/or if it hasn't been professionally cleaned in the past month. The standard cleaning is best for customers who have already had their home professionally cleaned in the past 30 days. Our regular cleaning solutions are designed for homes that have already been serviced by a professional team in the last 30 days. If it's been a while before you've had a comprehensive cleaning session, you might want to consider a deep clean first.
The deep cleaning is great for almost all first time customers on their initial cleaning. It helps get the home back up to 100% so it's ready for any form of recurring service or maintenance clean. My house was not it great shape, so I paid extra for a deep clean and some additional services. They quoted me the cleaners would be here for 5 hours, but they left after 2 (they left while I ran errands and my boyfriend was home). They barely cleaned the house! Half the floors weren't mopped, there's dog hair everywhere, they couldn't even be bothered to wipe down the sink. I also found dirty baking pans hidden in my oven.

I really blame myself for this one as I did not do my due diligence and check out the previous negative Yelp reviews before hiring this company. We hired the Cleaning Tribe to do "deep clean" of our 2bed 1.5 bath apartment, paying extra for the oven and refrigerator. We pre-organized the placed so that the cleaner could focus solely on deep cleaning and attending to areas we do not have time to clean. To her credit, the kitchen, and fridge look great. I've been using this company for about 2 years now and cleanings have been hit or miss but not as bad as a few days ago. After leaving the normal written instructions for the two cleaners I came home to find the restroom, and bedroom unfinished. I contacted Cleaning Tribe and provided photos along with texts from the cleaners who were over an hour late. I was provided a refund on services and when I asked if I could get more seasoned cleaners for next month I was told that they would no longer provide my account with services. I couldn't stop smiling after the two lovely ladies left my apartment. My space was deeply cleaned and smelled so clean! I was referred by a guy in my gym to try cleaning tribe out. I had put it off for months, but decided to try out a cleaning service for the holidays eventually. We came back to a home that looked transformed like the day we first moved in. They even organized our little closet that was a mess with all children toys.

THEFT, DO NOT USE!
The cleaners stole items from my home. Various pieces of globally collected art and baskets were taken from my home. The company has been slow to handle the solution. I had to call the cleaners directly to demand my items be returned to my home immediately. They claimed they thought I was getting rid of the items, even though they were all still in protective wrappings. (even if I was, they should have asked).
Even after the return, an item was still missing. Though it was just one of the baskets (not the most valuable item), it took over 3 weeks (and counting) to replace.

Excelent work . When I came back from the gym my jaw dropped , my Studio looked like a whole brand new place . I was in a hurry, I needed to take a train and these two lovely girls put all my clothes inside of my luggage . I could leave really fast and take it on time .

Cleaning tribe did a great job when I hired them to clean my mother's house. The booking process was super easy and their cleaners we're on time, well stocked and very efficient. Cleaning tribe helped me do a move-out cleaning from my place when I graduated university. My room was spotless when I left - which is really saying something because I lived in a frat house!
The maids were on-time and very courteous and understanding of the condition the room was in. Booking was super easy and simple, and there weren't any issues with payment... which is not the case for pretty much every other cleaning company I used in LA.

Based on their reviews, I decided to give Cleaning Tribe a try with my Aunt's house for her birthday. She's very picky but decided to give it a shot. So happy we went with them. We booked online (which was easy, why isn't everyone doing this?) and received a confirmation email followed up with reminders leading up to the day of.

Their customer support is very responsive and on top of that, and we appreciate that A LOT.
The first time we used them, we had a less than positive experience but they responded with a re-trial for us and the second crew they sent was INFINITELY better! They did a great job with the house, from mopping the floors, to taking the trash out etc.
The 2 things I will say about this company is make sure you clarify that you are getting their regular crew - they will sometimes substitute crews on busy weekends and that's where we had issues. Secondly, we've never had another company

They were great! The ladies were on time, friendly and did a great job. I have tried a number of different cleaning services in the area without much luck.
I called at 3pm on a sunday afternoon and they arrived within a couple of hours, cleaned for the full 90 minutes I scheduled and were nice to my dog (even when she was in their way)
