Now understand why people say if they could give no star they would. I have never in my life felt so insulted and disrespected as I felt walking into this establishment looking for vinyl plank flooring for my basement. The owner was very rude, disorganized and began spitting prices at me before even assuring that he had what I was looking for color or specification wise. I was then accused of being sent by someone, which was entirely confusing to me, in a delusional rant. The guy told me that he used to be a detective and he can tell that I was sent by someone and that I need to deliver the message

Bob is just a great person very down to earth. His installer was very professional and even brought he own hand soap to keep his hands clean due to everything going on right now with this super bug . The price was hundreds below other bids I had and the carpet was very good quality . Thank you you and your staff made it easy Bob and thank you as well Hessian for giving me such a great deal. A+ job
