I can’t say enough great things about our experience with One Step floors. David was awesome to work with. He made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. Their crew arrived early and stayed late to finish the job on time. The quality of work was outstanding. I have worked with many contractors between renovating houses and being a realtor. These guys are some of the best. Highly recommended One Step floors.

David, Oscar and team were AMAZING! Not just a "number"; very personable and not sales pitchy. We were in a rush to replace the carpet in our house in order to sell. Long story short, they were able to replace the style carpet we had originally wanted (shipping delay) with an even better quality in stock with no extra fee and a quick turnaround. While on site they were very efficient, kind and did amazing cleanup so we didn't have new carpet fuzz everywhere. Fantastic job and customer service. Will be using One Step Floors again and recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much

One Step Floors is great - not only was Rachel super responsive to my request for a quote, she was willing to work with me on price given the budget for the project, and kept me updated on scheduling, time slot for the work, etc. I needed the carpet in my master bedroom and hallway stretched and the crew that came out (Oscar + 1) were phenomenal. They were on time, walked me through what they were going to do, had me inspect the work, and even vacuumed all of the areas where they did work. It looks good as new and I couldn't be more pleased.
