We've been in business for over 15 years providing high quality, affordable flooring to the Northern Virginia area. The owner, Mike Farahmand, has been in the flooring industry for 38 years and recently transitioned from a retail store to exclusively providing shop-at-home services.

Whatever your flooring needs, we have it. We offer carpet, tile, ceramics, hardwood, area rugs, laminate, and vinyl, as well as granite countertops, cabinets, and bathroom remodeling, and we work with all major retailers, such as Shaw, Bruce, Mohawk, and Oriental Weavers.

By bringing samples to your home, we can offer free, expert advice to help you match and choose your new flooring in the comfort of your own home at no cost and with no obligation.On installation day, our friendly and professional crew will move your furniture in and out of the installation area and will clean up after the job is complete.

Floors for life installed flooring in my home. Mike, the owner assured me this was the correct product for me. He explained the warranty related to the product (lifetime) and his installation. Shortly after the install, part of the flooring started peeling up. I spent months trying to get in touch with him, even going to the store which is closed now. I was able to reach him through his online presence. He came to the house and said the warranty wasn't valid and he would not replace the planks using the extra material I bought with out a fee of roughly $300. He accused me of letting

Mike came to my house, on my schedule and free of charge. He was very professional and friendly, and was not an aggressive salesman in the least. He had been recommended by two neighbors, and I in turn am recommending Floors for Life.

The new hardwood flooring matches the flooring in the rest of my house perfectly, it was installed beautifully and timely (2 bedrooms were done in 1 day), and I couldn't be happier.

I've used Floors for Life on multiple occasions. Mike was wonderful coming out to my house and measuring for my hardwood floors. His price was fair and the floors have held up great. I've also bought rugs that were good quality. Mike is a small business owner who really cares about his clients. Don't worry if he isn't at the store, just call and set up an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

Mike provided amazing service! He helped us pick out the perfect color and type for hardwood! He checked on the job every day of installation (large space - took a while) and has continued to ensure we receive amazing service, even after the job has been completed. The floors look beautiful. I have had carpets installed by Floors for Life in two homes now, and I wouldn't use anyone else. The free estimate is quick and thorough and swatches are brought to the home. There is even a plush carpet made of recycled bottles which keeps liquids from soaking into the fibers so there is no staining - this is my carpet of choice! They also provide other flooring options including hardwoods.

Pricing is great, and there are always discounts and coupons. When you add this to the included warranty/guarantees, it is an all around affordable way to upgrade your home!

This is a company to avoid. Very bad service, laid carpet without power stretching and then charged me to restretch it after 1 year. After that, my carpet gaped and became far worse, and now again, they want to charge me again for their bad workmanship.

The worst experience .please be aware that even though the sign says open there is no one at the store . They never pick up the phone. There's so much to write about this place and the way they conduct business that I will need a good hour to write of what I endured .just want to say this after my awful experience .i had to look elsewhere so then I tried executive flooring in Manassas . From the worst to the best experience very professional and helpful I found everything there from wider choices to knowledgeable stall to help me narrow my choices. They earned my business. .

Unlike AJ Carpet (horrible), this guy is friendly, professional, and didn't mind that I was a small sale. Let me take samples of carpet pad home to try out! Highly recommeded!
