Flores Artscape was established in 2004 by husband and wife team Rumaldo and Miriam Flores after over 25 years of prior experience in landscaping and gardening. It started as part-time work and has developed into a full-time commitment to our customers. I started w an empty slate and Flores Artscape really help me create the solid foundation and structure needed for my dream yard. It’s now useable and I know they did high quality work so I know it will last a long time!

I researched Flores Artscape thoroughly and decided to go with them due to their good reviews and workmanship. On their website, they specifically say they go to Ontario, and I live in Ontario. However, after I told them what the square footage of my yard is, they then lied to me and said they don't service my area. When I corrected them with the screenshot from their very own website stating areas they serve, they ghosted me, never to hear back from them. That was unprofessional. My yard was measured at 265 square feet, but I guess that wasn't worth their time or professionalism.

Attempted to hire this company for landscaping and hardscaping work based on good reviews and recommendations from neighbors. Called company to set up an appointment for a quote, and they never called back. After finally getting a hold of them we got an appointment for 6 weeks later. They were punctual and seemed professional during the appointment. Was told a quote would be ready by the end of the week, but never received it. Called the company twice and two weeks apart to get the quote. Was told they had contacted the staff, and that he was doing the quote and confirmed my email, but never heard

What a wonderful, oddball plant shop! The employees were extremely helpful and kind, and they provided useful information. There was a large selection of very healthy plants, including several unusual varieties! I bought a plant I'd never seen before, which is unusual given the number of plant babies I own!

The whole team at Flores Artscape was a pleasure to work with, they put in a bunch of plants, took out and redid two good size lawns removing multiple tree stumps and river rocks, planted a few good size trees and generally beautified our yard. From Juan Carlos's initial consultation all the way through the project completing they were communicative, punctual, and pleasant to work with. Rumaldo the owner took the time to come over and check in multiple times throughout the process to make sure everything was going how we envisioned it. Rumaldo, Sandro and their team did a great job on our backyard! We hired Flores Artscape to clear our some old debris, in fill a sunken corner of our yard, build a retaining wall, fence and detached deck. The crew was professional, and everyone was polite. However Flores is expensive, does not stick to a timeline, and the work itself is inconsistent at best. I like supporting local, family-owned businesses, but this one has a long way to go. I should say, in the end, they knocked 15% off the cost so I could finish with another company (thus 2 stars instead of one star).

Highest of recommendations to the entire team at Flores. Not only did they give us a very quick and extremely reasonable bid, they worked with us to find the best solution for our problem both in price and construction. The work was completed very fast, very clean and very well done. The scheduling, communication, work, follow up was all incredibly great. We've already recommended them to our neighbors who are equally pleased and we are planning more work with them in the future. A truly great find, can't recommend more.

I tend to look for high positive reviews over a long time. I'm a project manager for large scale events and I can see their level of expertise on all levels of my project.

I had 3 quotes including Flores Artscape to install a fence on my deck. Baron provided me a price that was basically in between the other 2. Baron and Jan (foreman) were very easy to talk to and responded promptly.
They were installing wood panels on an existing rusted iron gate. I had asked for a quote to have the rusted gate painted; however, we declined since my wife and I were more concerned of the wooden panels looking perfect.

You will not find a better landscape company than Flores Artscape. We recently used them to completely redo both our front and backyard into a cleaner, more drought tolerant look. Not only did they knock it out of the park on the looks, they did it in record time. From the time I placed the call to the final payment being made was two weeks! We even had them come back with a few small tweaks which they did happily. The entire team is courteous and hard working and I can't recommend them enough.

When we started our backyard, it was a disaster. We had a tear down and re-build project that we delayed for literally a decade. We turned to Flores Artscape to help us with the project. Cody (our landscape designer) drew up some plans and we thought they looked amazing. Certainly, we were hopeful when he started the project back in November.
