If they don't Pick Axe first there is no way the RotoTiller machine CAN / WILL RotoTill as deep as it's supposed to. Hired Mike to put in a new lawn and sprinkler system. Everything was done on time with incident. Ten months later the lawn is still fine, but zone 2 of the irrigation system stopped working. I contacted Mike who gave me troubleshooting hints via text. When these didn't work, Mike came out (for a charge, which was reasonable) and fixed the issue immediately. The Rainbird valve which is still under warranty was defective. I will go to them for reimbursement. Mike did everything that he promised. BTW, Fauci and Bill Gates were never roommates. LOL!!!! Cornell vs. Harvard. :)

I have nothing against Mike personally, but to anyone who is unsure about hiring this company please heed my honest experience below.
The first thing I'll mention is that although they didn't speak a single word of English, the laborers in my opinion did a really nice job and were pretty friendly too. I have much respect for them, as they are the ones who do the actual work. Mike on the other hand mostly just runs errands and "supervises", yet is probably making at least double or triple the money that they are...kind of a shame but I guess thats just how the world works.

I recently moved into a house and was looking to get a once over on how my sprinkler system worked. After offering to do it for free over the phone I talked them into a paid on site visit. Matthew swung by and couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He went into incredible depth and made sure every question I had was thoroughly answered. He took the time to go through what changes I could do myself, what help they could offer, and found two piece within the setup that wasn't working properly. Highly recommend!!

My gardener broke a few of my sprinkler heads. I was mid repair when I saw that I wasn't able to complete the job. I called Rototiller to get a quote for the repair. I spoke with a gentlemen named Mike who was nice enough to explain what tool I needed to complete the work I had already started as it was a simple fix and to avoid spending extra money on a service call. He even went as far as texting me the exact tools and parts I need to buy from Home Depot! Excellent customer service and I will be using this company for my future lawn care needs.

I called this business on a Sunday midday and received great service. The owner answered my call and instead of trying to sell me something gave me some advice on how to diagnose the issue. There were multiple issues so he sent out his son, Mathew to fix it. Mathew was fantastic and went out of the way to make sure all of the issue were taken care.
I was very happy with not only the service but the pricing was very fair as well. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends! 5 stars!!!

Mike showed his true colors in my call to set up a job I had created a bid for the day before!
Since I had already had the old grass in my back yard removed with a pick ax, I asked if the bid price would be a little less (in his bid, he quoted $475 for that and tilling). Instead of saying, "Sure, we can discuss that" as a professional would do, Mike decided he could talk to me as if I were a child who didn't understand what I was asking. It was odd. I will definitely never do business with Mike again. He seems to have some emotional and anger management problems. My lawn install was the last task of a multi-year remodel, and he was the worst vendor I've worked with in the whole process. Lots of yelling, complaining, making excuses for his own errors. I'm reluctant to post anything, because I fear that it will spur an angry response from him, but I'm risking it to help others avoid the experience of working with him.

Two didn't reply, one was extremely high, my Gardner's brother (in the business) was a little lower the the RototillerGuy without any guarantees.
Mike at RotillerGuy stated everything he would charge for, did a superb job,
without charging one cent more. His men were excellent and were on time.
I would give them 5 star, be very satisfied.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. MIke is rude, obnoxious and a liar. He broke my sprinklers and caused a huge leak and kept telling me he would come by when he "finished a huge job". A month later I called to ask where he was since my water bill at this point was massive, he yelled at me on the phone and told me that he was only coming over to "prove to me that it wasn't his fault" I paid him over $3,000 for what was supposed to be a $400.00 rototiller job. He is a condescending, horrible man with an attitude and downright cruelty, he yelled at me twice for asking simple questions

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on my backyard! The crew showed up on time (even a few minutes early, actually) and got right to work, pulling up the old grass and weeds, and tilling the soil. They then wheeled in the compost and tilled the soil again to get a good mix, which is what my area really needed. Halfway through laying the sod, I decided that I wanted a Ficus tree removed from the area, and the crew chopped it down and removed the huge roots within an hour or so. They even used the chainsaw to break down the tree into smaller, more manageable pieces since I decided to dispose of

It has been two scorching summers in the Valley since Mike installed our sprinkler system and new grass in our shaded patio half-shaded and half cooked. The grass gets thinner in the shaded areas and sometimes turns brown in the sunny areas ... especially where my dog urinates, but in general it has been quite resistant. I sowed excessively in the fall and returned quite lush in the spring. I do all the garden care myself after installation, so it would probably look even better if I had a dedicated lawn care expert to keep it. But I am very satisfied with the work that Mike and his boys

With all the bad reviews I thought I would still go with Mike to get sod installed in one day. The sod looks nice and was installed in the one day. But there are two issues that would prevent me from recommending him are probably issues that have been posted.
I paid to have my irrigation redone and the retail cost of rainbird heads. They are over spraying and wasting water and are not adjustable. I am going to have to replace them myself if I want to conserve water. He says that the grass needs to have the edges watered but my patio has a puddle after each watering. Also when the job was done
