When they were done, they said they would send me pictures of before and after, they never responded. I called and gave them the report I had for move in and move out list, they never responded. I've just gotten off the phone with the owner and asked for a receipt and the lady was EXTREMELY rude, talked over me the whole time. I wish I would've read the horrible reviews prior to hire them. That lady is the worst!!!!!

I should read the reviews before contacting this service. I totally agree with the unhappy costumer with broken curtain. The person on the phone is unbelievably rude, makes sneery remarks, gets openly irritated and even hostile when I asked reasonable questions (like what solutions and equipment they use - no explanation from her, she openly tried to shut me up). Plus she can't spell and it's not an ESL problem. Maybe she has a hearing problems or dyslexia but more likely she is just not smart. and way too rude to talk to potential costumers. As much as I am in a desperate need for a cleaning service

I don't usually write reviews unless I strongly feel passionate about something, and so this review is to share my poor experience with Majestic Cleaning Services. First off, it was really hard to get a hold of someone on the line. And then when I got someone, I did not care much for her attitude on the phone. She wasn't rude, just sounded very arrogant. They did come on time and leave as stated in the original agreement. However, the cleaning personnel forced one of my dining room curtains to open and by doing it, poked a hole in my curtain.
