I had my car key copied at The Lock Shop in N.Kingstown, RI. They were then very pleasant and professional. Months later, I got the key wet...Ugghh...I thought it would cost me another $150. I called the shop and Andrew(?) suggested that I open the key and inset the components in rice for a week. Afraid I would break it, trying to open it, I asked if I could bring it all to the shop. "Sure!", he said. He helped me with the task which resulted in a cost of ZERO Dollars! Out of the rice after a week, I had brought it back. He put it back together for me, tested it, and charged me Nothing. Talk about

Excellent, caring, high quality service. Quality of keys made were the highest my wife and I have ever experienced, working smoothly the very first time. Covid-19 safety environment was perfect and my wife noticed he cleaned ALL surfaces that she touched, including the door handles as she left! Cannot give a higher review.
