Do NOT use this place. They don't have very transparent pricing. I called and got a quote for one thing, when they came they quoted me nearly $200 higher. I have a basic 3 seat couch, not sure what the big difference is. When I called to check to because it seemed strange they were basically like, whatever the technician says. On the phone they say they accept credit cards, but when they arrive they make you pay with venmo. I did not get an invoice or receipt of any kind. They made a huge mess with the water. My husband had our couch cleaned on 9/23 by this company. They first quoted us one amount on the phone and that drastically increased once they arrived. We decided to proceed and still have the couch cleaned as there were a few small stains we wanted removed. After the service, the couch remained wet and smelled for 3 days. But once it was dry and we put the cushions back, to our HORROR we noticed dark splotches all over our couch caused by the cleaning!!! I have contacted the owner several times and left voicemails but I have not received a phone call back. Unfortunately, we did not do our research

This is an awesome business. Did the job thoroughly and on time. We booked Upholstery Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning. Linda did a great job cleaning the carpets, he was very professional and the carpets looked really nice and clean. His service is efficient, affordable and timely. This is the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Would definitely recommend it.

Prompt response to my inquiry, and they came out and did an estimate and the cleaning (two chairs and a floor rug) in one visit. Very professional, friendly, and the price and service were great. I'm no expert on couch cleaning, but I could tell that the products they were using were of high quality. It smells great too! My roommate and I are very happy with how it turned out. We would totally recommend them to our friends.

Rosa does a great job at a reasonable rate and is very friendly. She is very thorough and even noticed a connection wasn't tight in my furnace, fixed it then brought me down to explain what she found and how to check on it/what to replace it with. Furthermore, her equipment is so powerful that it can extract almost anything out! Not only is this good for cleaning, but it is good for drying too.

Professional, on time, reasonably priced, did a great job cleaning our couch. Went the extra mile at every turn and pricing is better than the rest. The carpets looked far better than I expected: like new, and they're well over 10 yrs old. He gets the job done quickly and the carpets looked amazing and brand new. I needed a good cleaning for my living room rug and couch. Linda did just that! She was on time, very professional, and did all in a timely manor. Upholstery Cleaning Services was great because they responded extremely quickly and were able to come get the job done within 2 days. Their prices were reasonable, staff professional and they did a great job with our large sectional and area rug.
