Mario provides excellent locksmith services! I happened upon his company while searching for a locksmith among highly rated companies in the area, and he did not disappoint. He was professional, flexible, courteous with me and everyone else I had working at my home at the time, careful and knowledgeable.
I also appreciated his patience as he took time to explain how each lock mechanism worked and had me try opening each one with each key. All of my locks work well, and I am happy with his service. 9-26-21 Found Mario on yelp because his address was Bala Cynwyd. I checked his references and they all good. I called and he came over within 30 minutes to my American Legion Post 355. I was all set to have the old lock replaced with an old fashion lock because I could not get my new Amazon combination lock working. He said let me give it a try. After an hour of adjusting and modifying, he got my combination lock to work. The problem was that my door is 2 1/4 inches thick, not 2 inches thick. Mario also recommended an external lock box to securely house a spare key for some of the old timer officers

Great service in a timely fashion. I just purchased my first home and was struggling to find a service that would help me quickly switch out the locks. I also had several issues with the doors, from a deadbolt being misaligned and a back door being improperly installed. To my surprise they were able to not only switch out the locks but completely fix the other issues I had been looking to get resolved for a fraction of the price of other contractors. All of this done in about an hour with complete transparency and guidance on potentional follow up and recommended corrective actions.

Originally the charge to pick the residential lock was way cheaper than I expected. It became a little more expensive than planned because (of course) my lock was installed incorrectly and couldn't be picked with his tools, but even for him to give me an entire new doorknob was still super reasonable. He was even able to make the doorknob match my current key so I wouldn't have to get new ones made. A true five star review. MDM came out to my commercials property for a broken rear fire entry door vagrants ripped apart. Mario was able to install door, push bar, lock, and closer all perfectly. I can tel he knew what he was doing as the tools and techniques a pro uses is not what a handy man can do. This was an expensive door and equipment. Glad I didn’t try and do it on my own as I would have definitely messed up.

Fantastic, and now MDM is the only locksmith I'll ever call. I just moved into a new place and needed a bunch of locks changed. Started the work myself but realized the door frames needed cutting. Called MdM and he arrived within 15 minutes then changed all the locks for a very fair price. He even made adjustments to ensure the doors all close and latch very smoothly and easily.

Do not use this business. Very dishonest and used old material when changing locks . Took advantage of tenant that was living there and when I called him on it he was rude and belligerent.

Answered the phone right away. I was very lucky he was already in the neighborhood and was able to stop by right away. My door knob was broken and I was considering buying a replacement knob and deadbolt. We discussed our options and he gave me a lot of very clear information about what my choices were. Instead of trying to up-sell me on something I didn't immediately need, he was able to repair the door knob in just a few minutes with replacement parts he had on hand and charged a very reasonable fee for it. He was very friendly and professional the entire time and I will definitely use him

MdM is fantastic. I highly recommend Mario for lock installations. Given the complexity of our project, I can only assume he would also knock the ball out the park on simpler projects.
This weekend, Mario installed a Samsung SHS-P718-LMK smart lock on a steel door. The steel door made it hard. The unusual lock made it harder. After 3 hours, Mario made it all work. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
If I ever have a security question, I'm going to call MdM.

Every success story always has a disastrous beginning. I woke up today, my day planned out. Work 8:30-5, then head down to the beach for the weekend. Imagine my frustration when my car wouldn't start, due to what I thought was a locked steering wheel.
