The completion of Newmark's New Jersey headquarters expansion has positioned the firm for growth well into the next decade. Newmark challenged our design team to create a workplace that would result in a cultural shift to enhance a sense of wellbeing and cultivate an atmosphere conducive to personal interactions.
After nearly a decade of having worked with Cole Schotz P.C. on their previous Hackensack renovation, R+B was tapped once again to revive the firm's New Jersey location. The driving force behind the refresh was twofold: renewing their lease and creating an environment with the same aesthetic standard as their New York office.
