I had a great experience with Jim and his team at AIS and would recommend to others. The process was professional from start to finish - great communication, fair pricing and showed up as scheduled. The team was friendly and professional in completing the work, and cleaned up well afterwards. It's been almost a year since we had cellulose insulation and vents installed in our 1890s home and have experienced good results - noticeable difference in maintaining temperature throughout home in both warm/cold weather conditions.

Jim Falakos and his team did an amazing attic and crawlspace insulation job. The whole process was done smoothly and professionally. Jim provided an exempelary service. He patiently answered all the concerns and questions I had. On the day of the job, Jim and his team did take a good amount of time to ensure the flooring isn't damaged which I am really happy about. And after the job, they cleaned up the whole thing as new. Finally, Jim mentioned that I would see an immediate change in the temperature after the insulation job, which was true. I recently moved into a new home and it was extremely cold and drafty. I called several insulation contractors but none were as thorough as advanced. Jim was extremely helpful and explained the whole process. He used a heat gun to find out cold spots and illustrated how we would benefit from air sealing. The night after the work, I could already tell the house was warmer and cozier. I would highly recommend them.
