Needed my dryer vent line cleaned from top to bottom. Guy showed up with only a drill, rods & brush end - no vacuum, no ladder. He unhooked the vent hose and shook all the dust/lint onto my garage floor causing a huge mess. He also said that to clean the exhaust vent on the 1st floor roof would cost extra. Told him to not bother doing the job since it is not what I originally requested. Totally unprofessional.

Amazing honest company, would def recommend. I needed to find a company in Florida to help my grandparents at their house (they are not computer savvy and have some other things on their plate so I said I would take care of it). A google search led me to speed dry and they were so helpful and friendly and my grandparents said they were professional and did a wonderful job. The technician called ahead and told me what time they would arrive. I knew there was going to be some issues because when I had bought my house, the inspector told me that the vents were really dirty and in bad shape. The guys assessed the ducts and A/C unit and found extensive mold that needed to be removed. It was more than I wanted to spend, but knew it needed to be done, and they worked with me on pricing. Overall good job.
