I have used Josh for years for my garage repair needs. I most recently used him for two door replacements and an opener. His invoices are detailed, and his product selection process is nice. I had a new smart opener installed by Conner from JV June 17, 2020. These guys have the 3 P's down-Professional, Prompt, and Polite. Conner took a look at our system and gave me a straight forward assessment with options. The whole job was completed in one day! Over the past 6 years, "Josh" at JV Garage Door has come to my rescue on three separate occasions. He is always responsive and gets the job done quickly and with 100% integrity.

I found JV garage door here on Yelp and when I saw all the 5 star reviews I decided to use them to install my 2 new garage doors and openers. They were prompt courteous and did a great job in only 5 hours. Being a perfectionist I had no issue with their work. I did have to tweek a few things that didn't meet my picky nature but that's just me. Any normal person would have been totally pleased. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating was for one issue but it was kind of a big thing. The garage door could not open far enough for the Sirius antenna on my SUV to clear the door

The next day, I noticed that one of the doors was slightly out of alignment to my eye. I was a bit peeved that I just paid for new doors only to have a problem so soon. It wasn't a huge issue, but I'm fairly picky.
I messaged JV and they came out the next day. They listened to my concern and made some adjustments to the door, to my satisfaction.

It has to be a good company if you recommend them to your in-laws, and is exactly what I have done! Within 7 days we both had torsion springs break on our garage doors. JV Garage Door showed up within hours of our calls. Technicians were competent, neat, and respectful of us and our property.

The cable popped on our door opener on a Saturday evening. I took a chance and sent a text msg to JV that same night. He replied fast and said he would see me Monday morning! I am juggling a lot because my Mom is sick and I'm in from California to help. I found Josh here on Yelp 3 years ago for Mom and was happy to contact him again. Josh was great to work with. My wife backed into the garage door while it was still going up and dented the bottom panel pretty good. Overhead Door came out and got the door functioning, but said it was a short term fix and we would need to replace the entire panel for $580 or get a brand new double door for $1700. I called Josh and he said that did not sound right. I texted him some pictures of the damage and he said all I would need is a new strut. Came out a few days later and it was a quick easy fix for $125. Will definitely be using his services again and very much recommend him

We called JV and Josh came out the same day. He quoted us a great price including everything we needed as well as removing the old broken door, hanging hardware and opener. He was back the next morning as promised. He was so professional and competent and his price was at least $400 less than the "big box" store, for a single garage door and opener. We love our new door and have had many nice comments from the neighbors on how much it has improved the look of our home.
