I called and spoke with Darren a little after 8 am. He said he would get us in before 1 pm for a repair. By 9:30 he had actually worked us in and was at our house and the repair was done in 30 minutes! No hidden fees he was very upfront about what we actually needed and what the price was. Great service!

I had a torsion spring break on my garage door. Darin was able to come out to do the repair the same day. He had the necessary parts in stock and had my door fixed in no time. Very friendly, prompt, on time and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again for door maintenance and any future repairs. Thank you for the great service.

I had hired him in the past to install two garage doors on two different occasions. Within a few weeks, both doors stopped working, which required follow up visits to correct the problem(s). Darin was slow to respond on each follow up repair. That sad part was, I just lived right across the street. Almost a two week wait for him to correct the problem(s). In the meantime, I'm a 50+ year old woman having to lift a heavy door up and down each time to get in and out of my house. I let it go as I did not want a confrontation or listen lame excuses. As I stated before, he was my former neighbor

One just has to wonder how competent a person who owns a garage door repair business can be who wouldn't help to reset the outside keypad because he "didn't know how" - particularly when the directions are on the inside cover. True story. Truly beyond comprehension unless he was just unhelpful because there wasn't any extra money in it.
