On time and professional, but charged me $125 to tell me that he wasn't able to work on my freezer when I asked if they could service the brand and told him the issue before he came out. It felt like I was tricked into paying a service call fee when he knew from the start he couldn't fix it.

One of the hinges on my oven door broke. I'd only bought the oven about 2 years ago, so I didn't want to scrap it just because a hinge needed to be replaced, so I made an appointment. On the day Ken (and a trainee) showed up, accessed what needed to be replaced, and told me he needed to order the hinges. Her couldn't find my exact model number, but was knowledgable enough to spot which hinges I needed. I paid him in full on the first appointment. He scheduled the install appointment for about a week later (we were going on vacation). As scheduled, her showed up on time (with a different trainee
