Just bad service. The lady would clean the pool but couldn't answer any direct questions about complications with the pool. In order to get things addressed it was with her husband who then charged us to write up a report. They would try to charge us ridiculous amount of money for supplies or to set up the pool system in our phones. I wouldn't recommend.

Having Luke Pool Service help with your pool will be the BEST investment you can make! I've tried other services in the north metro area, which led to frustration and a bit of disappointment at times. Luke has been maintaining and improving my pool for the past year and it has been a true stress reliever!!!!!

Luke and his team have been very professional with their service from the start. I was skeptical about hiring a pool service company as I thought I could do it on my own, but Luke Pools has made my life so much easier, not to mention my pool is as clear as we've ever seen it. I used Luke Pool Service for 5 plus years. There was always confusion on bills, many notifications about not being able to service because of family situations or vacations, and always felt like there was an issue with the pool or the equipment every couple of months. I also asked them several times to replace the lights in the pool. Luke told me one of the lights was corroded and it would be difficult and expensive to fix. When we hired Top Notch Pool Co. and asked them to replace the lights, they did it easily and quickly without a great expense.

When we moved into our home, we didn't know how to take care of the pool. So we just kept using the same maintenance/cleaning service as the previous homeowners. When that service became erratic and unreliable, I hastily ended it. "How hard can it be to take care of a pool?" I rationalized.
Turns out, it's a steep learning curve. We spent a ton of time and money to keep it clean but still managed to develop an algae problem. We cleared it up and felt pretty good about it. But because we were novices, we didn't recognize that the filter and vacuum weren't functioning

I spent 2 months and hundreds of dollars trying to clear my pool before calling Luke. He came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem and within 3 days, the pool was crystal clear. The price was reasonable, too. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner - I would have saved lots of sweat and lots of money!

Best pool opening ever! A great pool opening is one where all the equipment is working properly not immediately when the pool is opened but 3 weeks after the fact. Luke Pool Service has been maintaining our pool for about three years. I heard of them through my trusted neighbor, and I'm very glad. Our pool used to be a regular chlorine one, and we were always fighting algae and murkiness. Since Luke switched us over to a heated saltwater pool, the water has been clear as a bell and utterly delightful. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke Pools to anyone wishing their pool was clear and free of chronic problems. Luke has made our outdoor living a pleasure.

Amazing...my experience was almost IDENTICAL to Marc Bochino! Luke Pool Service is TERRIBLE! they never come on time, when they do come they are there LITERALLY 5 to 10 minutes and leave, they never check the water level, don't blow off the pool surface. Horrible. And then they took my lights out of my pool because they were not working and THEN said the bill was going to be $10,000 DOLLARS! I told them to put the lights back but they had thrown them away. So they found two rusted out lights...one was silver and the other was white!!!!! Can you believe this?
