After receiving 3 previous pool quotes, we asked Alejandro from Clearwater Pools to come by and give us a quote after seeing our neighbors pool project get kicked off with Clearwater in Dec 2020.
From the initial site visit, design and quote we were impressed with Alejandro and his team (Miguel, project manager and Alyssa, designer). Clearwater’s price was on budget, they had great Google reviews and no other quotes from previous vendors included a 3D design... so we gave them the go ahead to start as my wife and I really liked what they had envisioned.

We contracted with Clear Water after interviewing multiple pool builders in the area. We were initially impressed with Alejandro and his team's responsiveness to our needs and we recommended Clear Water to others in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is a problem with follow-through and quality assurance/customer care. After the final payment was made on our pool (even though the quality control and inspection had not been completed), Alejandro and his team disappeared. We have called weekly to get someone to come out to see/fix the sloppy grout job on the pool tile and prepare us for the inspection

Alejandro and his team are honest, reliable, hardworking and clean. We had our pool completed 2 years ago and EVERYONE that sees his work is very impressed. He and his team created an outside oasis that we enjoy very much! (Especially during this pandemic) We have recommended him to many of our friends. The pool service is the very best in keeping our pool crystal clean. When our neighbors saw how beautiful our pool always appeared, they started using their service too. I’m not one to write a ton of reviews, but given the magnitude of a pool contractor decision, I thought I would share my thoughts on Clear Water Pools. At a high level, we discussed the project with a number of contractors, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with Alejandro and his team. They delivered an outstanding design and finished product that, given the challenges with my backyard, I would have never thought possible.
