I just wanted to share the experience I have had with Crystal Water Pools and Jonathan Gonzales. They created a beautiful backyard escape for my entire family to enjoy. Not only were they there from the planning to permitting to final completion, they were on schedule, within budget, and helpful in decisions that I wasn't aware that I would need to make.
They thought ahead about little details that created both beauty and functionality throughout the entire process along with what I may want to add in future additions. Adding little details like an umbrella holder in the tanning ledge and some jets to create a fountain effect created additional atmosphere to an already beautiful pool and deck.
An outdoor fireplace feature, rock landscape walls, and beautiful stone paver decking completed the space to make it usable throughout our warm southern winters is truly a dream come true. Jonathan and the whole crew are amazing, they finished this amazing pool in just a few months. Wonderful experience with Crystal Water Pools from design and quoting all the way through completion.

We are so happy we used this company for our pool. The experience was really good (not perfect but good) Jonathan was upfront about the timeline from the beginning and his team did an amazing job. He used his own employees to build the pool rather than contractors like many of the other builders. They were clearly seasoned veterans.

We worked with Jonathan to build our pool in the Spring of 2020. He was always responsive, honest, and on time. His crew finished our pool on time and on budget (even though we had significant rain delays). Like any project, everything wasn't perfect. The important part is that when we encountered an issue he was fair and honest. He wants the project done right and his customers satisfied.

After contacting several reputable pool companies in Atlanta, Crystal Water Pools was our choice. From the very beginning, they were responsive and on time. When we decided to go with them, they delivered as promised. It was a very smooth transaction and a no hassle process. The owner Jonathan delivered everything as promised and the end project surpassed our expectations. I normally do not recommend companies but I do recommend Crystal Water Pools. I could be swimming now but this pool experience fizzled out. In the beginning Jonathan was very responsive but a few months in and nothing. Yes COVID 19 hit and when you don’t hear anything from your contractor I look at it as blessing in disguise. I can only assume he shot his bid to low and was able to find a better deal elsewhere.

Jonathan and his crew did a phenomenal job on our new pool/spa and retaining wall! From the initial rendering to the final startup day, he has impressed us every step of the way, and he totally transformed our backyard! His crew were true craftsman and very professional/friendly. Jonathan and his crew at Crystal Water Pools fulfilled our dream backyard. Our pool is better than i ever expected. I had gotten many quotes and Jonathan was so down to earth and i appreciated the non salesman approach. These guys can do everything. Grading, masonry, everything..... I was that customer who wasn’t sure what they wanted and the company did several design changes for me until I finally decided what I wanted.… They were so quick to respond to every phone call, email or text message I sent. Jonathan and the whole crew are amazing, they finished this amazing pool in just a few months. the stone workers are true artist; they chisel every stone to perfection, and the tile workers are just as great, watching them work was a delight, I enjoyed this project very much, from the tree removal and digging of the pool, to the last flower they planted.
