In 1973 a new "Landmark" showroom was built on North Carson St. Later in the decade, the showroom was expanded to 50,000 square feet with an on site warehouse and plenty of easy parking.

I found a fabulous original painting from Jeff at JM Furniture, and Jeff was kind enough to allow me to make several payments for the piece! He knows his fine art--and this was a piece by a Nevada artist. He explained the art, the artist and was knowledgeable about many artists of Nevada.
I'd highly recommend the store. Great service and terrific communication as well.

My wife and I decided it was time for a king size bed and we have always had great success at JM furniture. Janet helped us out and was very patient showing us all our options. We came back a week later after deciding on a complete bedroom set. Again, Janet really helped us out, she assisted us with the bedroom set and a new mattress. She gave us a great deal and the whole process went extremely smooth. I highly recommend this store, great products and customer service. Thank you!

What a great store...I really enjoyed browsing through all the selections and enjoyed the staging of suites and all the artwork. It was a safe and comfortable environment with a large variety of product. If you're in need of a new look during this time when we are home more often than not, this is your go-to place. My review is for this JM Furniture on North Carson.
Gayle and I had just bought a house in the Genoa Area, but had not yet moved everything up from our Pleasant Hill California house. Gayle's Mom lives a 10-minute walk away, so we had access to a spare bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. However, we wanted the option to sleep in our own house, beyond an air mattress and a sleeping bag. So, we went looking for a sofa bed that would address our immediate issue and provide a guest room option in the future.
We found what we were looking for at JM Furniture. Their North Carson facility

Not really sure how anyone could post a negative review on this place. I have been shopping here for over 6 years for myself and my family members. Today, Sean hooked it up with a beautiful piece for me with free delivery and was very awesome about the whole experience. Definitely a caring and understanding staff working through the covid outbreak. I went in knowing what I was looking for, and was able to be dialed in for the proper mattress we were looking for. They have a nice selection of furniture there, and I would drive there again for my next furniture purchase, they treat you great there.

Just a quick note to say how happy my wife and I are with the outstanding customer service we received from Ann. We started out a little rocky with our special order but Ann got right on the problem and straighten every thing out . In fact we purchased a few more items from her. THE WORST ! Makes me wonder how this owner Jeff can stay in business.
I went there a second time giving it a second try.
The first time this guy told me he's the manager there, and "Times up let's go " meaning get out. It just turned 5:00. Really ? He was very rude.
I went back again 2nd time 4 mo. Later I was told from a very nice lady working there in the south JM store, that same guy 4mo. Ago got fired. So my wife and I went back to the north store where they had the couch we liked.

Not only did we get a great deal on a new couch for our new home but we also got excellent service! The real kicker was the free delivery and we live in South Lake Tahoe. The delivery was amazing. David and Ernesto we're friendly and efficient. We have a tight door way with a tight turn and it was no problem for the dynamic duo. Also they were kind enough to call me 30 minutes ahead of arriving at our home to give me time to get home from work to let them in. I would highly recommend him furniture and i will be back to buy more!

Went to purchase furniture for myself and received such good service from Trent that I recommended them to my boyfriend who went down and purchased living room furniture for himself. Great prices and great service which gets even better with the delivery. Kudos to David and Ernesto for excellent service. They not only took my old furniture out, they moved the new stuff around until they were sure I was happy with the way it looked!

Quality delivery and quality set up as far as I'm concerned. The delivery guys got here in a timely manner, payed extra close attention to not to damage any obstacles like doorways and walls, etc. That's refreshing! Trent in the showroom was very educational too. When you spend good money for a great product, it's nice to know it is treated with care and respect. Thank you Brian, Zack and Trent for your help.

We needed 3 sofa beds. We called around for pricing - looking for a specific Asley model. We found it at the Ashley store and at JM Furniture.
Here's were it got interesting. JM Furniture had a significantly better price. They also had a faster delivery. They also new the product better! Really? Yep, they did. Trent was our salesman and he certainly gets to share the 5 star review!
They delivered on time - and did a spectacular job of delivery - thank you.

We had a problem with the seam on one of the sofas and they were super easy to work with. They had a service tech
