Mountain Home Center serviced the gas fireplace in our rental. James Davison was the tech assigned, and he really went above and beyond to ensure that our gas stove was tuned up appropriately. The fireplace had been very problematic before and he got it working great. Even followed up afterwards to see how it was working. Very pleasant experience, would recommend to others seeking great service!

Ethan came to replace a motor in my Jacuzzi. What a great Guy! This was his last job of the day, but he did what had to be done with real expertise....it was dark, wet, very cold, late, and access wasn't easy, having just survived that huge Christmas snow storm. What is more he had to navigate around my Dogs, who can be very 'protective'. It's such a relief to find a total PRO who can perform and hold a conversation, representing himself and his Company really well. I'd hire him to do virtually anything, he's that kind of person.

The pilot light went out and wouldn't re-light during a significant storm. Even though their own power was out and no one could get to our house, Sam guided us through multiple attempts to fix our major source of heat. We communicated by text and phone until all was well. Thank you SO MUCH Sam and Mountain Home Center!!

We had Mountain Home Center install a wood burning insert just over a year ago and the professionalism outstanding! The quality of the install was great and we love our new insert. Fast forward a year and we decided to install a gas stove in the basement. Same experience. While the install was a bit difficult due to how we had to route the flue, they did an exceptional job and it looks fantastic! I have used a number of fireplace companies over the years mainly from Reno and found MHC is far superior in their ability and service. Thank you!

Devon and Brittany helped me with a purchase of a firepit table (propane) and adirondack chairs. They were both very knowledgeable and worked hard to arrange having the items delivered to our home just days after purchase. Mountain Home Center has such beautiful products and I found it very helpful to see items in person and sit in various chairs in order to make the purchase that best met our needs. Our chairs and firepit table were delivered and set up (they were very friendly and thorough) and the service department was even able to help me and send someone out when I was having difficulty appropriately

From start to finish a very pleasant and educational experience. Julia recommended we check out the spas at Mountain Home Center, we were introduced to Devon he is very knowledgeable about the Hot Springs hot tubs.
After the purchase and setting up a delivery date, a nice group of young men delivered our hot tub. Colin, Damian, Oscar and Hakkan were very careful with the delivery and set up I would highly recommend this team.
To finish off the excellent customer service and experience Sam came out on a scheduled appointment to go through all of the maintenance, of owning a hot tub.

LOVE our new hot tub from Mountain Home Center! Amazing product. The entire experience from start to finish was so easy and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout out to our delivery team: Haakon, Steven, Colin and Oscar- they were awesome! So professional, careful and helpful. The delivery and set up went so smoothly and there were zero issues. Also really appreciated the in-person tutorial by Sam who spent significant time explaining all the features of the spa and answering all of our questions.
