BEWARE!! I would give this company a less then 1 star if it was an option. Took them almost a year to put a porch on my house that was definitely not inexpensive. They subcontracted all the work out, some contractors were good and others were HORRIBLE! This is the level of workmanship that you can expect from this company. The mickey mouse construction really says it all.

Barry, Ross, and their team did a great job for us on our siding and waterproofing project. It was a complicated job to get access to and a lot of existing conditions to work around. They came prepared with a game plan and made it happen on time and on budget. We will be using them next time for sure!

We had a very unusual project that we had a vision for. What started as a simple half bath addition turned into a full bath, remodeling a sun porch that we formerly used as storage. Our project manager, Ryan, was very patient with us through the process . We appreciated his honesty and integrity. We love our new bathroom and know it will add to the value of our home.

I had to work with the counter and cabinet vendors myself and BLM did the rest. Came together better than expected!

Let me just start with I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled as the level of customer service certainly warranted it. Amid planning for my next build, the deck, I soon realized that I might need a professional to come out and do the framing for me. I contacted BLM and they assured me that they were willing to just that and give me opportunities to cut costs in a variety of ways (i.e. digging my own footers, leveling out the base of the stairs landing, designing/submitting for my own permit).
