All of my foundations are built using insulated concrete forms. They are waterproof with an R50 insulation rating. This means your new basement will stay dry and warm regardless of how the weather is outside. Logix Insulated Concrete Forms is one solution I use in my custom homes so you can be assured of superior performance for your money.
I am not in the business of creating "cookie cutter" homes which tend to pollute the housing market these days. I am devoted to creating a truly personalized interior for the new home buyer. The following images depict some of the ways that I add that personalized touch to a home. In all the images, take note that the walls are skillfully plastered and not drywalled.
Following in my continued focus on the customer, I provide many options for the materials used on the outside of your new home. You are not simply limited to vinyl siding like a majority of the new homes on the market today. Here are a few examples of other materials being used in some of my custom homes.
