Rick Reinert has owned and operated Creation Services Group since the company first began in 2007. At the time, Rick was selling building materials and saw the market begin to dry up. He decided it was time for a change and started his own carpet cleaning and flooring business in York. Creation Services is the Company that you want to put your TRUST, FAITH, AND HOPE in to get the job done with A-1 Satisfaction. I had a tremendous amount of water damage done to my house caused by a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Rick the owner reached out to me, and explained that they were pretty booked but he would squeeze me in. Once the contract was signed, everything fell into place. They did everything from painting, plumbing, electric, HVAC, you name it and they do it. Everyone from this company that walked through my door was a blessing. We had them come in to fix what we thought was a fairly minor problem, but they realized there was a lot more to it then we had originally planned and they were able to get it fixed quickly before it turned into an even much bigger problem! I was referred to Creation after my hot water heater burst and flooded my basement, and I totally hit the jackpot with this referral! Rick and his team went out of their way to make this process completely stress free. They were super flexible with my work schedule, and always very professional when they came in my house. Rick and his crew did a great job for me. From painting, to the installation of my floors, to the rebuilding of my staircase, everything was done professionally, with attention to detail and great customer service. I also had them install a new vanity for me, and due to the previous installer's work, this turned out to be much more difficult than we thought it would be, but Jeff and Angel worked to make sure everything was perfect and didn't leave until the last detail was taken care of. They really went above and beyond. This is the second time I've used Creation Services and I'm sure I'll use

We had a water leak in the basement while out of town. I called Creation and everything was cleaned up with the blowers and dehumidifiers in place by the time we got home. Creation followed up with the painting, repairs and carpet replacement in a timely and professional manner. Their workers are courteous and professional and we had no qualms about turning the house over to them to do their job. Rick does a great job dealing with the insurance company!
