Local business with a small business vibe and great service. We've been here many years and have never had an issue to speak of. Very reasonable rates, good security for our stuff, and the staff has always been easy to work with. Definitely recommended if you're looking for reasonably inexpensive storage in town.

We were in need of a storage unit ASAP; Cheep Storage was one of the only ones that they had available in OC. They were prompt, held the unit and leasing was a breeze. The units are clean, well maintained and the security they have on site it ideal. It's nice to know our belongings are protected 24\7. The staff was great and friendly. The unit is always easy to access and get too.

As a first-time storage user, I really appreciated the office staff's help and patience in finding the right size unit at the right price for my needs. We did some comparative shopping, and Cheep Storage rates were the best. We also appreciated their incentive program.
The area was well lit, clean and it was obvious that they valued the security of their clients. Many security measures were definitely in place.
