I had my entire interior redone over a 7 month period. I was determined to be finished by Christmas, and I found excellent reviews for Clean Air Pro posted on Yelp. I reached out on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning ready to clean my air ducts. They showed me before and after pictures as they went along, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and respectful!

Ben was really great. He gave us a no strings attached evaluation on our house and was friendly & professional. He came in wearing booties and mask which we really appreciated and opened up the phlenum to see if there was anything lurking causing a strange smell. There was not, but I appreciated him giving me his opinion. Thanks Ben!

The cleaning crew came and did a good job at cleaning the ducts, which was the ultimate goal. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty.
The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding.
I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

Awful customer service. Called for a consultation for some mold. Told I would get a call from the tech. Never did. After I called back they gave me a 12-4 time frame. Then called me at 3:30 saying they were on their way (which is within the time frame and totally fine). Then called me at 4:15 and went to an address about an hour away. I called the office and they texted me they were closed early on Friday before Labor Day. I called with my other phone and lady picked up and asked how she can help me. I messaged Clean Air Pro through Yelp and immediately received a response which is so refreshing! Ben came to give us a quote and our cat approved as Ben let him sit on his lap. It was pricey so I was prepared for around 1k. Which is about what it was for our two story house. The guys were super thorough and were polite. They showed us before and after videos and I was amazed and thankful to no longer be breathing all that junk in!
My only complaint was there's now a fine mist of dust all over my home office. I wish they would've covered that prior to doing that vent but it wasn&apos

The initial price quoted over the phone ($29 /vent) was immediately "left in the dust" as the cleaning crew (Ben) arrived and found mildew in several vents (now $39 / vent). Not just the ones with mildew, as was my understanding when booking, but all vents. This was definitely not clearly communicated during the booking. In addition to the $10 up-charge per vent, there was now also an additional $170 to treat both HVAC units in the attic. This last charge was the one that didn't sit right with me.

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500!! Really great company.

I should have called these guys from the beginning. Tried to clean my own dryer duct with one of those Amazon brush tools. I lost the first brush head inside the duct and bought another set hoping to push or pull the first stick brush head out. Ended up breaking the line and lost the SECOND brush head, now with a 20' section of lube inside the duct. My duct is about 30' long with a one 45 or 90 degree bend. Called these guys out and they were able to get my stuck brush heads out and cleared the duct. Should have gotten them in the first place! Great service and attitude.

So happy we hired Clean Air Houston to clean our vents and air ducts. They are prompt and professional. When we moved into our new house I developed an allergy due to the previous owner's indoor dogs and the remaining new construction dust lingering in the pipes. Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well.
I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.

I had a good experience with Clean Air Houston Pro. Tammy was awesome. I like that she gives straightforward information and over-the-phone quotes that are reasonable and consistent. Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done well. My HVAC ducts and vents were in bad shape. My home was build in 2006. I've owned it since 2013 and have never had this cleaning professionally done. From the looks of things, neither did the previous owner. Houston is the most humid place I have ever lived, but still there is no excuse.
