I completely mangled two sets of keys (bent and broken) so I wasn't sure if they could be fixed. I've had good experience with Tri-County Locksmith so I chose them to see what "magic" they could do. WOW -- I was so impressed with his positive, can-do spirit. Not only did he fix my keys, he made sure I was comfortable during my wait. I highly recommend them!

Amazing experience with George. In less than 2 minutes he had my issues with my lock on my fuel door resolved!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even offered me a cup of coffee at the end of what could have been a horrible experience. I will strongly recommend his services to my friends and family without any hesitation whatsoever. 5 star service with a witty sense of humor to boot!!!!

Overall AWESOME service thanks to Fred. He got to where I was in such a timely manner, I was initially told he would arrive at 6:55p and he was here half an hour earlier at 6:20p! Helped out so quickly to get my car keys out of my trunk, seriously don't know what I would have done without Fred, what a great guy!

Lemme tell you about Mr. George Edwards. He first off was so knowledgable and so wonderfully accomadating,, I had A speciality lock that I had trouble finding someone who could make actually make it happen,, I slipped in 15 minutes before closing and he took such great care of me..The shop is filled with such cool stuff I probably could of spent a couple hours checking things out and just talking to George. If you need something handled with quality, assurance , and genuine care. HEAD over and support. Ill be sure to be back sooner than later.. Thank you guys!!!

I inherited an old safe. I have the combo but was told 'it is hard to open'. I want to use it but was afraid to test close/try to open. Called Tri-County and Fred came out almost immediately. Safe is great, combo great, no problem. Since I was paying a standard house call fee, decided to have locks changed, something else I had been delaying. Locks evaluated: no need to replace, he rekeyed, even the one that was different (no key for that one). Job done quickly and efficiently. Fred is a USAF veteran. Highly recommend!

I first encountered this vendor in an emergency vehicle lockout at Ventura marina on a Sunday afternoon ( lost my keys). They had me in my car and up and running in 15 minutes. I visited the store that Monday, they programmed my Nissan key fob, cut several keys and programmed a second blank key fob for my Nissan all in another 15 minutes. And for a fraction of the cost quoted by other vendors. The inventory of blank keys is huge. The knowledge of what will work for special locks, and the extended services they perform on site is probably the best locksmith I have ever used. I strongly recommend

My parents had a doorknob break and couldn't find the same brand because they wanted to it to match existing other doorknobs. We were referred to Tri County Locksmiths....they are absolutely amazing. George helped us and he ordered a new knob from the correct company and keyed it for us! He was soooo helpful! Tri County is Veteran owned and operated please check them out when you need something great service and very knowledgeable.

Fred helped me in no time at all. He was the second person triple a sent to help me as the first guy was unsuccessful. I was unable to get into my 2001 bmw even though I had my keys on hand. The secondary security system had kicked in and breaking a window to unlock the car was beginning to be a likely option. Thank god that didn't come to pass. Turns out the battery had died and I didn't realize it. Fred quickly jumpstarted the car and I was able to unlock it. He solved the problem in 10 minutes and would definitely recommend him and tri county locksmith to anyone in need of help.

It is Thanksgiving Day and my neighbor called me to say that she is traveling and had left the coffee pot on and it's an old one that will not turn itself off.
I contacted Tri county locksmith and he answered the phone quickly said he would be there within 20 minutes and he was.
He was able to unlock the door and have a key made for me.
Absolutely wonderful service.
