The SW Locksmith owner, Sean, came to our house on a Sunday to help us open a metal interior door that was completely stuck. It was important that we get into the room as soon as possible, so we totally appreciated that SW Locksmith would come out on a a Sunday, and I mean right away; exactly on time, and he began to work his magic i'm the non-functioning lock immediately.
He quickly and successfully opened the door, and also preserved the integrity of the lock and door so that we can continue using it. And he did it in no time at all and at a price that was seriously about half as much as

One of the best hardware in town recommended Shawn
to me as I had an issue with a high-end brand broken lock , purchased at the store, the inside parts of one of the 2 knobs were partially broken. Even if quite busy Shawn was prompt to find the time to come and fix the lock and for a reasonable price. It would have been expensive to replace the unit! The lock was not very cooperative but Shawn knew how to handle it! He is the locksmith you want to call when you have an issue!

I put a Yelp request for quotes out and Shawn was super quick on the response, reasonable on the rate and got the job. I wanted to re-key our new house and he did a quick assessment (no charge) and found that one of the knobs was internally broken and another knob recommended to replace. So as to not leave us with protection (as who knows how many keys are out their from the past residents), he re-keyed our locks and directed us to the best replacement hardware. We got that and he came back to finish the job with no extra charge for the second trip. He wore a mask and was respectful our space.

Had an issue with my front door. Great hardware and junk internals led to the inner body falling apart as I removed my key. Called the SW number and the owner answered. How nice was that. He said he was nearby, it was a late Friday afternoon and he came right over. Shawn rebuilt the internals and lubricated the deadbolt. Works great. Highly recommend Shawn for any type of key or lock work you may need for your business or your residence. Thanks Shawn.

I called Shawn to see if he could customize a Schlage lock to fit a custom gate. He came by the following morning and gave a well thought out plan. The following day he came back and installed the lock within a couple of hours.
He showed a great deal of care, knowledge and worksmanship working on the gate and understanding the time that was dedicated to building it.
I would recommend his work and thoughtful approach for projects large or small.
