My friend recommended Busch Heating & Cooling when our AC was not working. Are normal repair company was not available for days. Busch Heating & Cooling was very friendly from the start and responsive. The technician was professional and honest about the repair, and reasonable in price. Busch Heating & Cooling is now our new company for all of our services in the future.

Customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with my furnace during the coldest weather of the season. They worked hard to keep my furnace going until a new one could be installed. They are very professional and had to get very creative in installing the new furnace due to a tight space. It could have cost me much more if I would have had to have a wall removed so they moved the hot water heater to have enough room for the new furnace. Rich also took time to educate me on the new thermostat. I am extremely happy with my new system and highly recommend this family owned business. Great people

Really great customer service. Called after-hours a couple of months ago with an a/c leaking in the attic down to my bedroom ceiling. They had a tech out the next morning. Needed a new a/c and furnace system installed so got a quote at the time too. Very competitive prices, quality equipment and gave 3 tier options to fit the budget. Made sure I had what was necessary for my home. Very happy with my new systems and their professional service!

We have been using Busch H&C for a number of years now. We have had them repair, replace and install HC units in both our home as well as some rental property we own. The entire group from Barb answering the phones, and remembering who you are, to the repair and install men. What a GREAT company! Without hesitation I highly recommend using Busch Heating and Cooling. Family owned and family friendly!

Put in new A/C and furnace for me in prompt time. My Air stopped working shortly after they put it in and they were prompt with getting it fixed. Put in a booster at no charge because I purchased a system from them. Definitely Recommend if you need A/C or Heating fixed. Quick prompt, and they work with you to make sure you are up and running especially if you need it. Bill helped me out a lot and Rich too! Thanks to them my house is nice and comfortable.
