We've had a couple of technicians come out to service our unit, but they rushed the job, and didn't determine the cause. Gordon with Central took his time to properly assess the situation, explained clearly the probable solutions, obtained the parts needed quickly, and successfully fixed the issue. He performed the job the way you would want and expect a knowledgeable professional to get it done.

So, it has taken me awhile to write this review because I’m a very suspicious person and always waiting to see if people/companies are really what they say they are. I have to say that this company did everything they said they would and correctly. I had no heat and it was January. Gordon came out and told me the problem and the cost. We worked out the details that night and I received a call the next morning with the date of instillation. Billie and Jalmal came out and were there for quite sometime but when they left, everything was working and the house was warm. They had also cleaned up after

We had Central Air install and new AC unit as well as a new furnace. They were tasked with removing our old furnace which was the size of a VW bus. Charles and his team were great to work with. They were on-time and courteous every time they came out to work on our AC/Furnace. There were some issues (no fault of theirs), and they had guys out the next morning fixing these issues. Great company, great people, great service... We couldn't be happier.

Great customer service. When my air went out I called on a tues evening and talked to Kathrine said it would be next week before they could get to me. When Gordon came over to review products he let me know that Katherine had told him my situation they could install on that Friday. Which was a great relief. Billy and Dino arrived on time and gave an approximate finish time. They finish ahead of time. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Thank you for a great job, well done!

They did a great job. Everyone worked very efficiently. They took their time after they were done to make sure I knew how to work everything properly. They were also extremely clean. My backroom might even be cleaner after they did the work then before :). We were extremely pleased with the service we received.
